As a recognized world class industrial manufacturer, Ecosaire® has over 30 years experience in the design and production of shell and tube type heat exchangers for general industrial heating and cooling applications.
Standard stock units of up to 8" shell diameter are available for immediate shipment. Custom engineered units up to 24" in diameter and 240" long are also produced at IPAC. These exchangers can be fabricated in accordance with the ASME code or generally accepted industry standards.
Ecosaire® engineered exchangers can be designed in-house or
manufactured to the client's specifications. Materials of
construction include carbon steel, stainless steels, copper,
90/10 cupronickel, brass, admiralty and titanium. All
pressure vessel products pass a rigorous multi-step
Quality Assurance Program.
Design Capabilities
Equipped with a modern ASME certified metal fabrication
shop, a variety of pressure vessels and heat exchangers are
produced with the "U" stamp. Ecosaire is also certified as an
ASME repair facility with the "R" stamp.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Ecosaire® also designs and manufactures in accordance with
TEMA "C", "B" or "R". Each exchanger's configuration
matches the established standards of TEMA shell and tube
exchangers.
